Frequently asked questions
Who owns my website and domain?
Your domain is registered in your business's name, and your words, photos and logo are always yours. On the pay-once plan, you own the finished site. On a monthly plan, once the 12-month minimum is up you can cancel anytime, and I'll help move your domain and site files to you.
What if I don't like the mockup?
Then you don't pay anything. Tell me what to change, or walk away. There's no obligation.
How do I cancel?
If you cancel a monthly plan within 60 days of your first payment, there's no charge and I'll refund what you've paid. After that, monthly plans have a 12-month minimum, then you can cancel anytime from your billing page or by emailing me. Full details are in the terms.
What does the monthly care plan cover?
Hosting, security updates, backups, keeping your site working, and small edits each month like new hours, prices, photos or a holiday notice. Bigger additions, like a new section or online store, are quoted separately before any work starts.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. If it's hard to use on a phone, out of date or showing spam, I can redesign it or clean it up. I'll show you a free mockup of the new version first.
How do I pay?
Securely through Stripe, by card or bank transfer. Monthly plans bill automatically and you can update your card or download receipts anytime. I never see or store your card number.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You send me your info and photos, approve the design, and text me when you want something changed. I handle the rest.
