This policy explains what information Anamul Hasan LLC ("I," "me") collects through this website and while working with clients, and how it's used.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, business name, phone, email, website and message.
- Client work: business details, photos, logos and text you send me for your website.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details; I only see your name, email, the amount and the payment status.
- Basic site data: my hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How I use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your mockup.
- To build, host and maintain your website.
- To send invoices, receipts and service updates.
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't send marketing email lists.
Who I share it with
Only the services needed to run the business: my website host (Vercel), Formspree to deliver contact form messages, Stripe for payments, and my email provider. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. I may also share information if required by law.
How long I keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client and afterward as needed for taxes and accounting.
