Terms, refunds & cancellation

These terms apply to website services provided by Anamul Hasan LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company based in Edina, Minnesota ("I," "me"). Each client also signs a short service agreement that lists their plan, price and scope. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Services

I design, build, host and maintain websites for small businesses. Depending on the plan, services can include a website of up to five pages, a booking page, Google Business Profile updates, domain setup, hosting, security updates, backups, and small monthly edits. The exact scope is listed in your service agreement.

Free mockup and approval

Every project starts with a free homepage mockup. You are not charged anything until you approve the design in writing (a text or email is fine).

Prices and payment

• Prices are listed on the pricing section and in your service agreement.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, by card or bank transfer. I never see or store your full card number.
• Monthly plans bill automatically each month, starting when you approve your design, unless your agreement says otherwise.
• One-time fees (like the pay-once build, Google profile cleanup or hacked-site cleanup) are invoiced when you approve the work and are due within 14 days.
• If a monthly payment fails, I'll contact you. If it isn't resolved within 30 days, I may pause the site until it is.

Minimum term

The founding client plan ($99/month) and the business site monthly plan ($149/month) have a 12-month minimum term. The care plan and booking page plan are month to month unless your agreement says otherwise.

Cancellation

• First 60 days: you can cancel any monthly plan within 60 days of your first payment at no charge, and I'll refund the monthly payments you've made.
• After 60 days: plans with a 12-month minimum can be cancelled once the minimum term ends. Before then, the remaining months of the minimum term are still owed.
• Month-to-month plans: cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you won't be charged again.
• To cancel, use your Stripe billing link, or email hello@anamulhasan.com or text (507) 351-6479.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: refunded in full if cancelled within the first 60 days, as described above. After that, payments already made are not refunded.
• One-time fees: because you pay only after approving the work, one-time fees are not refundable once the work is delivered. If I can't deliver what we agreed, I'll refund the fee in full.

Ownership

• Your domain name is registered in your business's name.
• Your content, including your text, photos, logo and reviews, always belongs to you.
• On the pay-once plan, you own the finished website once the build fee is paid.
• On monthly plans, the website is provided as part of the service. After the 12-month minimum, if you cancel, I'll help move your domain and a copy of your site files to you or to your new provider.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use the content you send me (photos, logos, text), and that the information on your site about your business is accurate. Please let me know when your hours, prices or services change.

Edits and extra work

Care plans include small edits each month, such as updating hours, prices, photos or a notice. Larger work, like new pages, new features or a redesign, is quoted in writing before I start.

Hosting and availability

I use reputable hosting providers and keep backups, but no website can be guaranteed to be online 100% of the time. If your site goes down, I'll work to restore it as quickly as I can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to these services is limited to the amount you paid me in the three months before the claim.

Changes

I may update these terms. If a change affects your price or plan, I'll tell you at least 30 days in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
